The remains of a sailboat lie on the forest floor - mostly intact. There are even the tattered remains of two of the sails. An enormous tree has sunken its roots right down through the body of the ship. A vine is wrapped around the ship from bow to stern. Brilliant sun beams reach down through the foliage. The painting is framed by the tree leaves.
